You will be notified via email whether your claim was approved or declined.<\/p>\n If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be issued to the card number or payment method that originally executed the payment within approximately 15 days.<\/p>\n WHEN CAN YOU CANCEL YOUR SERVICE?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n If you have a major problem with any of the services provided by KeepCoding<\/b> or a minor problem that could not be fixed within a reasonable time, you have the right to cancel a service contract, when:<\/span><\/p>\n - The service is not provided with an acceptable level of care and skill.<\/span><\/p>\n - The service is not for the purpose you requested.<\/span><\/p>\n - The service is not delivered in a reasonable time when there is no agreed completion date.<\/span><\/p>\n SERVICES YOU CANNOT CANCEL:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n You must pay for services you have received under a service contract that performed as expected.<\/span><\/p>\n You cannot cancel a service contract or obtain a refund if the problem was beyond the control of KeepCoding<\/b>or if the customer:<\/span><\/p>\n - has changed his mind.<\/span><\/p>\n - insisted that a service be provided in a particular manner, contrary to the advice of KeepCoding<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n - did not clearly explain its needs to KeepCoding.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n CANCELED YOUR SERVICE:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n If you have a problem with a service, follow the steps below:<\/span><\/p>\n - Show proof of purchase with a receipt or bank statement.<\/span><\/p>\n - Contact with KeepCoding<\/b> at support@keep-coding.net<\/b><\/span><\/a><\/span> <\/b>and<\/span> explain the problem. If KeepCoding<\/b> cannot arrange service within a reasonable time, the terms of the service contract will be negotiated.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
